Painting the hidden world that connects us all.

I discovered early on that art was a place I could disappear into. When brush meets canvas, everything else falls away and I'm in another world. I studied design in college and spent the next 20 years as a graphic designer, art director and product designer.

Three years ago, everything shifted. I lost my mother and my sister, both suddenly and to cancer, within the same year. In the time since, I've had experiences I can only describe as surreal: moments where I could feel them still around me, and sense the energy of life moving through everything. My sister was an artist too, and I began to feel a piece of her alive in me.

Losing them, and everything I've felt since, made me rethink my life completely. I left my design career to return to painting, a passion and connection that has always been part of me. Now I paint my experiences: the unseen forces that connect us across people, environments and experience.

I work in bright, vibrant acrylics, building each painting from layer upon layer of flowing lines that echo the energy I feel moving through everything. Every piece is made in my home studio in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Life feels increasingly fragmented. Each painting is an invitation to pause and reconnect with meaning, and with a sense of experience we all share.
